We’ve had a focus on stress lately, because nearly everyone we’ve seen in the practice is dealing with an increased level of it in one way or another. When the body is stressed beyond its means to handle it, disease has an easy in. Maintaining a healthy immune system means finding good ways to help the body cope with stressful events, especially during this time of Covid-19. The stress created by this pandemic comes from many directions and the end is uncertain. So what’s to be done?
